SACRED SWEETGRASS SMUDGE

The teachings of the seven grandfathers is an Anishinaabe belief system. Each braid carries within it these teachings which guide how we live in harmony:

1) Wisdom- to cherish knowledge. 

2) Love- to know peace. 

3) Respect- to honor all creation. 

4) Bravery- to face life with integrity.

5) Honesty- to be true in spirit and word. 

6) Humility- to know we are all a sacred part of creation. 

7) Truth- to live all of these teachings. 

Each braid is between 4"-7¾". Sizes WILL vary. 

Use these braids to cleanse and promote positive energy, while banishing negative.
